I received this via email and cannot account for it’s validity at all but I figured the message was valid whether or not the story is. Here’s a link to Snopes website regarding this topic:

Last week, while traveling to Chicago on business, I noticed a Marine sergeant traveling with a folded flag, but did not put two and two together. After we boarded our flight, I turned to the sergeant, who’d been invited to sit in First Class (across from me), and inquired if he was heading home. No, he responded. Heading out I asked? No. I’m escorting a soldier home. Going to pick him up? No. He is with me right now. He was killed in Iraq I’m taking him home to his family. (continue reading…)

The feeling of freedom.

What can be done to salvage our country?

I read this online in a blog post by Brent Hatley. I voted for Bush but really feel the Republicans have let us down. I believe I am a Libertarian and have been for about 3 years. I will vote that way in the next presidential election. Check is our if you are interested.
